Cancelation Policy

At Xplortravel, the quality and reliability of our services depend on careful planning and precise coordination of our vehicles, vessels, and crew. For this reason, we kindly ask our guests to ensure that all booking details (such as dates, times, pickup locations, and contact information) are accurate and to notify us as soon as possible of any changes.

To allow for the smooth operation of our services, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will result in a 100% cancellation fee and are non-refundable.
• Any changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled start time cannot be accepted.
• In cases of no-show or failure to provide timely or accurate information, no refund will be issued.

All refunds, where applicable, are processed using the same payment method selected at the time of confirmation. Please note that any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.

Force Majeure & Weather Conditions


Xplor Travel shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural phenomena, government restrictions, strikes, or port authority decisions.

In such cases—particularly for sea-based experiences—guest safety remains our top priority. When possible, we will offer an alternative date, rescheduling, or refund, subject to availability and circumstances.

Xplor Travel reserves the right to apply these terms to ensure the consistency, punctuality, and high standard of services offered to all guests.
